• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's account settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

We may offer free trial periods for new subscribers:

• Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime during the trial period to avoid charges
• One free trial per user account
• Trial periods may vary by subscription plan

As a user of MAKE IT, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not share your account with others
• Report any unauthorized use of your account
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or hack the service
• Respect other users and maintain appropriate conduct

You may not use our service:

• Availability in all geographic regions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice.

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You will retain access to premium features until the subscription expires
• We may cancel accounts that violate these terms

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MAKE IT and its licensors.

The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

In no event shall MAKE IT, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MAKE IT operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
